“Holy shit, we’re playing the Greek Theatre!” exclaimed Passion Pit’s frontman, Michael Angelakos, as the band headlined the enormous theatre last Friday night in Los Angeles.

The American electro pop group from Massachusetts, created a light and sound symphony and brought energy and chemistry to the stage for crowds that packed the venue. Their eclectic arrangements of synthesized indie tracks brought the audience out of their seats to dance during the performance with their upbeat hits.

Lead singer Michael Angelakos’ trademark, high-register vocals brought the stage to life with his superb vocals and charismatic energy. He commanded the stage right from the start, bouncing around the whole place, with the rest of the band matching his energy.

By the concert’s end, audience members were jumping up and down in time with “Little Secrets,” which was the last song played during the encore, with the lyrics “higher and higher and higher” echoing for the remainder of the night.
